As in 2011, the LESEDIEDELTORCHIO collection will be on display at the Slow Food area during the new edition of Vinitaly (Verona, 25-28 march 2012). More than thirty different pieces (such as the Lepre chair and the Coste armchair) will provide comfort and relaxation to visitors while tasting the best Italian and foreign wines.

Expocasa, the furniture and ideas for living fair, is back in Turin from 3 to 11 march 2012 at Lingotto Fiere. Keo is one of the jurors of the toBEeco competition reserved for unpublished projects of sustainable design submitted by young artists.

The documentary “Imitating nature” by Camilla Monopoli was broadcast on 9 february 2012 during the Geo&Geo TV programme on the Rai3 channel. The documentary presents (from minute 20:25) the upcycling chain of PET packaging designed by Keo. Bottles are recovered through the MrPET system and used in new production processes (such as the production of shopping trolleys and baskets made of recycled PET).

Corepla (Consortium for the recovery and recycling of plastic) has launched a new awareness campaign to motivate citizens to separate waste. The campaign, whose slogan is "Plastic is too precious to be a waste", features as a protagonist the basket in KEOREX® (100% recycled PET) designed by Keo and produced by La Sphera. The campaign is nation-wide: the baskets appear in TV commercials, newspaper advertisements and billboards placed in stations, airports and subways.
